Further describe in Quit-claim deed dated October 17, 2005, and recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Book 20369, Page 80-82.

LOT 2 - Real Property located at 18 Brewster Cross Rd in Orleans, MA 02653. Improved by structure with approximately 1,129 Square Feet sitting on approximately.28-acre lot. Further described in Quit-Claim Deed dated June 18, 1999, and recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Book 12350, Page 168-169.

NOTE:  14 Brewster Cross Rd. is approximately 1 acre with a 1,364 sqft improvement on it- it abuts 18 Brewster Cross Rd.

The United States makes no guarantee of condition of the property, or its fitness for any purpose. The United States will not consider any claim for allowance or adjustment or for the rescission of the sale based on failure of the property to comply with any expressed or implied representation.

All payments must be by cash, a certified, cashier’s, or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States, or by a United States postal, bank, or express money order. The Terms of Payment
