That certain tract or parcel of ground together with all improvements, rights and ways thereon belonging and thereto appertaining, being known and designated as TRACT 3 of that certain survey by J.E. Schexnaider & Associates, Inc. dated January 9, 2002, a certified copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Said tract lying and being situated in Section 25, Township 13 South, Range 2 East of the Seventh Ward of Vermilion Parish, State of Louisiana, containing 7.863 acres, more or less, and being bounded on the North by Tract 1 and 2 of said Schexnaider survey; on the East by Irene Ramke and Roy Taylor Estate or assigns; on the South by William Gage Estate or assigns; and on the West by Diane Dupuis Hebert, et al and Clodis Suire, Jr., all as per said plat of survey.
Being the same property acquired by Vendors by Act of Partition dated February 16, 2001 and filed for record on February 20, 2001 under Entry number 20101889 of the Conveyance Records of Vermilion Parish, State of Louisiana.
