Situate in the County of Clark State of Ohio, and Township of Mad River, and being and lying within the bounds of the
northeast quarter of Section Numbered 22-T4-R8, MRS.
From an iron pipe heretofore driven down in the centerline of the Hustead Road to identify the corner common to Sections Numbered 16, 17, 22 and 23, and the extreme northeast corner of the original 30.0 acre tract of land of which the ensuing parcel is a part, measure along the road centerline and the north line of Section 22, N. 85° 52' W. 437.70 feet to the place which establishes the beginning point of this description and the extreme northeast corner of the parcel of land to be described;
Thence from the point of beginning and continuing with the road and section line, N. 85° 52' W. 434.46 feet to a point;
Thence leaving the section line and the roadway, S. 04° 08' W. at 16.50 feet passing an iron pin, in all 1000.98 feet to an
iron pin driven down in the south line of the original tract;

Thence N. 04° 08' E. at 987.83 feet passing an iron pin, in all 1004.33 feet to the place of beginning, containing an area
