NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION SALE - SEIZED PERSONAL PROPERTY
Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of Internal Revenue taxes due from James Shrewsbury & Sarah B Stem. The property will be sold at a public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations on September 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CST with registration beginning at 10:30 p.m. at 15808 FM 2769, Volente, TX 78641. Only the right, title, and interest of James Shrewsbury & Sarah B Stem in and to the property will be offered for sale.
Selling a BUBEN & SORWEG Orion Safe-Serial #22-001-104853.The personal property may be inspected on the day of the sale.
Minimum bid: $18,000.00. If requested, the Internal Revenue Service will provide information about possible encumbrances, which may be useful in determining the value of the interest being sold.
The Terms of Payment: Full payment is due from the successful bidder on the day of the sale. All payments must be by cash*, certified, cashier’s, or treasurer’s check drawn on any bank or trust company incorporated under the laws of the United States or under the laws of any State, Territory, or possession of the United States, or by a United States postal, bank, or express money order.
