Odom; thence with the Odom line South 17 degrees 10 minutes 27 seconds East 103.70 feet to an existing iron stake in the Northerly edge of the right of way of Nicholson Street; thence with the Northerly edge of the right of way of Nicholson Street South 71 degrees 04 minutes West 197.06 feet to the beginning point, containing o.47 acres, more or less. This description is accoding to a survey by William E. Barefoot dated April 30, 1997, and entitled “Map of a Survey for Demaitresse C. Bryant”, a copy of which is attached to this deed as Exhibit A.
Being the same land described in deed dated May 6, 1997 from Stacy A. Thigpen, Jr. and wife, June K. Thigpen to Demaitresse C. Bryant and recorded in Book 1259, Page 090, Sampson County Registry.
