Payment Terms: 20% of highest bid is due the day of auction (8/26/2026) and remaining balance is due 30 days after auction (September 25, 2026).
The land situated in Orleans, Barnstable County. Massachusetts. together with the buildings
thereon, bounded and described as follows:
WESTERLY by three courses there measuring 33.75 feet, 84.55 feet and 26.21
feet, respectively, as shown on a plan hereinafter mentioned;ďż˝
