Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from Marco A. Juanes.
The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, described according to a survey made thereof on the 26th day of May, A.D. 1915, by Walter Brinton, Esquire Surveyor and Regulator of the 5th District of the said City of Philadelphia as follows:

CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Front Street, 16 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Westward between parallel lines at right angles to the said Front Street, 52 feet 6 inches to a certain 3 feet wide alley which extends Northward and Southward and communicates at each end with 2 other alleys 2 feet 6 inches in width the Northerly alley extending Eastward into Front Street and Southerly alley extending Westwardly into Hope Street.
