The United States makes no guarantee of condition of the property, or its fitness for any purpose. The United States will not consider any claim for allowance or adjustment, or for rescission of the sale, based on any alleged failure of the property to comply with any expressed or implied representation.
The sale of the property shall be subject to confirmation by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

On approval of the sale, all interests in, liens against, or claims to the properties that are held or asserted by all parties to this suit, including the plaintiff United States of America and defendants Scott M. McClain and the City of Brockton, as well as any nominees, successors in interest or transferees of those parties, shall be discharged and extinguished.

The sale shall be subject to building lines if established, all laws, ordinances, and governmental regulation (including building and zoning ordinances), affecting the premises, and easements and restrictions of record, if any.
The United States District Court entered a judgment that Scott M. McClain is liable for certain tax debts and enforcing federal tax liens against the property. The judgment is now final. The United States will sell the right, title, and interest of Scott M. McClain in the subject property without any rights of redemption.
