Bruce A. Kwitny, et.al., Civil No. 6:18-cv-01366-RBD-LHP, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division.

The property is offered for sale “as is” and “where is” and without recourse against the United States. The United States makes no guaranty or warranty condition of the property, or its fitness for any purpose. The United States will not consider any claim for allowance or adjustment or for the rescission of the sale based on failure of the property to comply with any expressed or implied representation. The sale is ordered in accordance with 28 U.S.C. Section 2001 and 2002 and is made without the right of redemption.
Form of Payment
All payments must be by certified or cashier’s check, made payable to the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
The Terms of Payment
The sale property shall be subject to a minimum bid requirement in the amount of $318,900.00. The successful bidder shall be required to deposit at the time of sale with the Internal Revenue Service Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist, $32,000.00, with the deposit to be made by certified or cashier’s check. Before being permitted to bid at the sale, bidders shall display proof to the Internal Revenue Service that they are able to comply with this requirement. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid to the Internal Revenue Service Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist within forty-five (45) days after the bid is accepted by certified or cashier’s check funds payable as instructed by the Internal Revenue Service Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist. Payment to be sent to the Internal Revenue Service, Attn: Deborah Whitfield, PALS, 2937 S. Claremont Avenue, Springfield, MO 65804 on or before 3:00 p.m. on November 29, 2024.
