Notice of Public Auction Sale Under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, the property described below has been seized for nonpayment of internal revenue taxes due from JEFFREY P & ZOE A NICHOLSON.
The property will be sold at public auction as provided by Internal Revenue Code section 6335 and related regulations.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land together with the improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Warwick, County of Orange and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being in line with the southerly side of Highway leading from Pine Island to Westtown, and north sixty eight degrees forty eight minutes West about five hundred sixty five feet from center line of Pochuch Creek also being the southwest corner of a sixteen feet right of way intersecting with the above mentioned highway, and
RUNNING FROM THENCE north sixty eight degrees, forty eight minutes west thirty two feet to a point of curve with four hundred feet radius;
THENCE along said curve three hundred seventeen feet to a point;
THENCE south sixty degrees fifty five minutes west fifty five feet to a point in line of Hannah Conklin;
THENCE along same south five degrees forty five minutes East two hundred eighty two feet to a corner of lands of Joseph Polowniak;
THENCE along the same north eighty two degrees, nine minutes East three hundred thirty five and five tenths feet to a point in line with a sixteen foot right of way;
THENCE along same north sixteen degrees thirty one minutes west one hundred fifty one and three tenths feet to a point, still along same North twenty five degrees twenty nine minutes East one hundred forty feet to the place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way in common with first party, her heirs and assigns, sixteen feet in width along the easterly line of the above road, and from thence to the public highway.
