This tract or parcel of land is to be used for residential purposes only, and conveyance is made subject to the restrictive covenants of Tansi Resort Subdivision of record in Deed Book 62, page 30; and Deed Book 125, page 132, Register's Office, Cumberland County, Tennessee, and subject to all mineral reservations retained by prior-owners.
